Dog with 2 collars found near Bonham State Park

She's calm, very sweet, and limping a little. Our theory is that she got scared with fire cracker popping all over.

We are trying to find her owner. She has no tags but 2 collars. She is cream and tan colors with 2 blue eyes.

Certification classes to be deployed as a volunteer to rescue and evacuate small and large animals from puppy mills, hoarding, natural or man-made disaster, cruelty situations to a temporary shelter until they are taken or airlifted to rescue organizations and adoption facilities.
