Dog at Pecan Place needs help finding his family

A tan, small size male dog wearing a blue bandanna kerchief around his neck has showed up this morning at Pecan Place. If this is your pooch, please call 903-583-7182. One of the residents is trying to keep him safe until his owners can come to get him. Dogs are not allowed at Pecan Place.
